Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist based in Hopkins or Marshall, MN. You will serve as the primary contact for order management, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

You will analyze inventory and demand, monitor service metrics, and drive process improvements across Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Distribution to enhance the customer experience and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or related process-improvement roles.
• CPG or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate billing and timely shipments.
• Analyze inventory and demand to identify shortages and proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, IT and other teams to resolve issues and improve the order-to-delivery experience.
