Job summary

AutoRABIT Holding Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers, focusing on Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and governance.

You will lead discovery, advise on best practices, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Solutions Engineering and Product. This fully remote role targets candidates in the United States with travel roughly 1–2 trips per month for several days.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, deployment concepts, and governance.
• Experience with Git and source control workflows (branches, merges, PRs).
• Experience with release management, testing, and security in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic and technically complex customers with adoption and renewal accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with Salesforce admins, developers, and executives.
• Understand customer Salesforce development lifecycle, environments, and governance.
• Assess DevOps practices and identify barriers, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery to uncover root causes and plan next steps.
