Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-sized customers in the Eastern U.S. region, helping community financial institutions leverage our AI communications platform for measurable outcomes and high satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact, conduct regular business reviews, drive product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM/Account mgmt) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Proactive, empathetic, data-driven with quick learning ability.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person customer meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for 50 customers, building long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews (SBRs).
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for upsells.
• Onboard customers and drive product adoption through training."
• Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks with data.
