Job summary

Rad AI is hiring a Customer Success Manager to guide radiology partners after onboarding, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll build executive relationships, demonstrate ROI, and coordinate with product and ML teams to align features with customer needs.

You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration, while delivering outstanding service to a fast-growing healthcare AI customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer success experience within healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor through post-implementation lifecycle including adoption and renewal.
• Develop and maintain relationships across radiology partners; check-ins for usage and feedback.
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to secure renewals and growth.
• Be the trusted voice on use cases to Product/ML teams.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new radiology partners with IT/executive involvement.
• Guide customers to adoption and expansion strategies for value realization.
• Monitor accounts and respond to queries; identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive retention and growth by understanding business needs and value.
• Help build a world-class CS organization delivering proactive, informed service.
