Zetron is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for ACOM to manage a portfolio of customers across the Americas, driving value realization and adoption of deployed solutions. You will partner with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities while guiding customers through strategic adoption and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience with public safety or critical communications is preferred.
• Proven track record managing renewals and maintenance contracts.
• Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of ACOM customer accounts across the Americas.
• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand customer goals.
• Drive proactive engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and account planning.
• Coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and support renewals.
