We are seeking a senior post-sale leader to own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for a book of business. The role focuses on driving retention and expansion through collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support, and requires a data-driven, proactive mindset and experience handling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding retention and renewal targets.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts and presenting to exec audiences.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale experience for a book of business, including onboarding and adoption.
• Drive gross and net retention as a key success metric.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure customer success.
