Job summary

HYROS is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for high-touch onboarding and ongoing customer success across a remote US-based client base. You will guide technical implementations, validate tracking, and help customers derive value from HYROS data to improve marketing decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS customer success, strong communication skills, and comfort with platform integrations such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and CRMs. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
• Experience managing high-touch or strategic customers.
• Strong onboarding, adoption, and retention understanding.
• Comfort with technical implementations and debugging.
• Able to explain complex concepts simply.
