Experience leading cross-functional work in a matrix and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own GCC customer segmentation and growth plans.
Lead end-to-end engagement plans linking platform strategy to retailer needs.
Convert GCC strategies into retailer plans and omnichannel activation.
Serve as GCC's single Sales interface coordinating Marketing, Insights, Shopper, Analytics, and Finance.
Set KPIs and measure incrementality; guide investments.
Partner with GCC team and lead one direct report.
