Haleon is seeking a seasoned Customer Strategy Lead for GCC in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This role focuses on translating platform strategies into retailer plans and omnichannel activations, serving as the primary Sales interface across Marketing, Category/Insights, Shopper, Analytics, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in CPG customer strategy and a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in CPG customer or sales strategy, category/insights, shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, or related field.
• Proven ability to turn portfolio strategies into customer plans, retailer narratives and executable activation.
• Expertise in segmentation, engagement planning, commercial planning and performance measurement.

Aufgaben

• Own GCC customer segmentation and growth plans, defining priority retailers, customer roles and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end engagement plans linking platform strategy, retailer needs, milestones and sponsorship.
• Convert GCC strategies into retailer plans, omnichannel activation and category-growth stories.
• Serve as GCC's single Sales interface and coordinate Marketing, Category/Insights, Shopper, Analytics and Finance.
