Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to lead bids and coordinate cross-functional teams in Asia I&C from our Cranberry Township, PA facility. The role is on-site 2-3 days weekly with periodic travel to China and Korea, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Asia I&C. You will drive strategy, pricing, risk assessment, and contract terms, engaging with Global Markets, Supply Chain, and ICS Management to maximize revenue, margins, and cash flow while delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with increasing levels of complexity and accountability
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry meetings, including internationally (~10% travel)
• Strong understanding of financials and how sales, margin and orders impact results

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bids and oversee offers across Asia I&C
• Develop strategy and mitigation plans to meet financial objectives (OE, Revenue, Margin, EBIDTA, Cashflow)
• Collaborate with Global Markets, Commercial Integration, and other functions to grow pipeline and win opportunities
