Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, business or related field.
• 10+ years of I&C experience, preferably nuclear I&C.
• Experience presenting to executives and leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for bids and contracts.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value proposition to customers for the Reactor & Special Systems product line.
• Develop relationships with utility engineers and management to understand needs.
• Deliver high-quality bids; coordinate input from PM, Delivery, and Supply Chain groups.
• Forecast opportunities and manage risk for business development.
• Lead and mentor the Customer Solutions Management team for current and future growth.
• Present complex business, technical and financial information to leadership clearly.
