Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, based in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager for the Asia I&C organization. The role leads bids, coordinates input across Product Management, Project Management, Delivery, and Supply Chain, and travels internationally to regions such as China and Korea.

This on-site/mobile position requires 2–3 days on site weekly with periodic travel. You will drive financial objectives, oversee offers, and partner with Global Markets to grow the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in positions with increasing levels of complexity and accountability.
• Strong understanding of financials; specifically the relationship between sales, margin, and orders entered and the levers available to positively impact each.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry meetings, including internationally (~10% travel)

Responsibilities

• Deliver bids and oversee offers resulting in wins, coordinating input from Product Management, Project Management, Delivery, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate Offshore work and support for Onshore offers led by CSMs in China or Korea.
• Establish strategies and mitigation plans to meet financial objectives for OE, Revenue, Margin, EBIDTA and Cashflow.
• Be primary CSM contact and interface with Westinghouse leadership across disciplines.
• Grow relationships with utility engineers and management to position Westinghouse as a consultative partner.
• Support pipeline growth and interface with Global Markets for capture strategy, pricing, and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for emergent customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy & Growth to identify revenue opportunities and monitor competitor moves.
• Support product strategy planning, lifecycle development, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Deliver accurate opportunity forecasting for financial results, resource demand, and manufacturing demand.
• Collaborate with Project Management to advise on Contract Terms and customer interaction strategies.
• Work with I&C Engineering and Manufacturing on cost improvements to support margin expansion.
• Communicate effectively with Westinghouse leadership in both technical and financial terms.
• Navigate interactions between corporate functions impacting solutions management.
