Job summary

ADM in Quincy, IL seeks a Manager, Customer Service to lead the coordination of orders, deliveries, and service quality across key customers. You will drive CPFR activities, align forecasts with supply, and enhance order accuracy and on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires deep experience in S&OP, demand and inventory planning, with strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities to manage a six-person customer service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience within Supply Chain.
• Sitting for prolonged periods and keyboard operation.
• APICS / CSCP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that validates purchase orders and codes to enter orders, ensuring product availability.
• Schedule deliveries per customer dates, manage invoicing and credit approvals.
• Engage with customers to gauge service needs and propose improvements.
• Supervise deliveries, verify product conditions and times.
• Create visibility reports for sales on orders, delivery, service, and credits.
• Ensure supply aligns with customer forecasts and adjust for promotions or seasonality.
