Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Smurfit Westrock to customers and coordinate with sales and operations.
• Process orders, quotes, and manage delivery requirements.
• Track order activity and inventory; alert staff to issues.
• Handle outside purchases for services/materials for projects.
• Produce reports and share data with customers.
• Support Quality Manager in resolving issues.
