The Customer Solution Strategist will work onsite in Dayton, NJ. The position requires strong English communication, experience in customer service and project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with project management and meeting deadlines.
• Proven analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone and email inquiries from existing and potential customers.
• Maintain customer accounts, inquiries and orders; process product requests or samples.
• Communicate order schedules and delays to customers and sales staff.
• Prepare, enter, and monitor customer orders for strategic accounts.
• Lead RFQ process and coordinate between purchasing and sales until sale.
