Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and support processes end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Blue Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Represent WestRock and serve as liaison between customers, sales, and operations.
• Manage customer relationships, process orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Produce reports and provide pricing and project setup support.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time deliveries and production planning.
