Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service in Irvine, CA. This hybrid role combines onsite presence at our corporate headquarters with flexible work arrangements, supporting hospital and sales-client interactions.

The position emphasizes case management, order accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patient-focused service. Required: HS diploma, 4+ years in customer support, ERP familiarity (JDE). Experience with Salesforce and MS Office is preferred.

Formación

• Experience with an ERP software (e.g., JDE)

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer contacts and order details with accuracy using the case management system
• Proactively track, resolve, and communicate order status and backorders
• Place and monitor orders via phone, fax, and email for hospital and sales rep customers
• Coordinate with Inventory teams on product availability and returns
• Resolve complex issues through root cause analysis and timely resolution
• Prioritize high work volumes from calls, email, and faxes
• Train and coach others as a Subject Matter Expert
