Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an EDI Operations Support Specialist (Business Analyst) to serve as the subject matter expert for electronic customer ordering, EDI connectivity, GHX integration, and onboarding of hospital trading partners. Based at Irvine, CA, the role supports cross-functional teams to improve order automation and adoption.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, test and validate systems, and help drive adoption of electronic ordering across hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting EDI transactions and electronic order intake in healthcare.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for electronic customer ordering and EDI connectivity.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales Ops, IT, and GHX to improve order automation.
• Develop functional requirements for EDI/GHX enhancements, hospital customer onboarding, and transaction mapping.
• Document process flows, requirements, use cases, tests and validation docs for EDI workflows.
• Train users on new EDI workflows and electronic ordering processes.
