Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Oversee customer service and order management from entry to issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing and account data in SAP.
• Support Sales with service, ordering, pricing, and reporting activities.
• Supervise the Order Processing team and ensure timely order processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and communication.
