RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager in Michigan to lead customer service and order management for a fast-paced consumer goods company. The role coordinates with Sales, Operations, Accounting and brokers to resolve issues from order entry through resolution.

You will manage pricing accuracy, SAP and Salesforce data, and cross-functional processes, guiding the Order Processing team and supporting the sales cycle with reports and account handling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Customer Service experience in the CPG industry.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Provides leadership and oversight of customer service and sales operations systems, including SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers, brokers, sales personnel, and internal departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and external brokers.
• Supervise the Order Processing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Support the Sales team with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and account-related activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments, bill backs, and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and account information in SAP and Salesforce.
• Oversee Salesforce administration and maintenance, including records, contacts, and reporting.
• Maintain current customer files and required account documentation.
