Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Portland, ME. The role will process and monitor customer orders, manage relationships, coordinate freight solicitation, and negotiate market rates.

The Senior CSR will monitor freight, identify issues, analyze service trends, collaborate with teams, and maintain customer relationships to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
