Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to process and monitor customer orders, manage relationships, coordinate freight solicitation, and negotiate market rates. This is a full-time role with a Friday–Monday 6:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. schedule. The Senior CSR will monitor freight, adjust plans as volumes fluctuate, analyze service issues using reports, and collaborate with leaders and customers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
