Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative to support our Reno, NV branch. The role emphasizes superior customer service, face-to-face and phone assistance, and back-up rental support in a busy branch or airport setting.

You will handle reservations, explain rental terms, assist with returns, and grow revenue through upselling options while maintaining safety and service standards. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess rental conditions upon return and process returns, check-ins and exit transactions.
• Market the company while assisting customers with pickups and drop-offs.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features; upsell protection products and options.
• Coordinate with management on vehicle maintenance and issues as needed.
• Handle incoming reservations, rate quotes, and questions; assist other branches and partners.
