Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in banking customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with banking software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the bank in a professional and helpful manner.
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Educate customers on self-service options and assist with online and mobile banking inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Serve as a trainer/mentor to new Customer Service Representatives.
