Responsibilities

• Bridge Ticket Management reporting and the story your CMO needs to hear.
• Push Team Leadership adoption so the CA team stops flying blind.
• Use Ticket Management and Creativity tools to automate and scale outbound efforts.
• Close the gap between what marketing promises and sales delivers.
• Test messaging variations and iterate based on performance data.
• Grow brand awareness through Team Leadership and Net Promoter Score initiatives.
