You should have experience with distributed systems and Go, plus SQL databases and networking basics. The role emphasizes collaboration, asynchronous work, and a security-first mindset in building scalable, observable services.

• Experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go and backend services.
• Experience with SQL databases and networking concepts.
