Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in Fort Collins seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to be the primary interface for one to two customers, ensuring satisfaction with AE products from quality and reliability perspectives.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and service, lead root-cause analyses, and deliver detailed quality reviews and action plans to customers and AE management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a program management role with direct customer interactions.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate complex customer issues to resolution.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with the customer across functions.
• Coordinate strategies across engineering, manufacturing, and service to meet quality needs.
• Define problems, investigate, and drive corrective action to resolution.
• Develop action plans and ensure timely completion to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues internally and communicate status to management.
• Work through the RMA process and participate in customer meetings.
• Prepare detailed data and quality reviews for customers and AE management.
