Job summary

Hut 8 in Miami, FL seeks a dedicated Project Manager to own customer-facing project management from lease through Ready for Service (RFS). You will coordinate design, engineering, construction, and commissioning, acting as the central link among customers, Hut 8 teams, and the general contractor.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in data center projects, strong EPC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in project or construction management within data centers or similar environments.
• Familiar with EPC, design development, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and commissioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical info for customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Experience with cost and schedule impact analysis and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for all design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and delivery matters through RFS.
• Act as the day-to-day integrator across customer, Hut 8 teams, and general contractor.
• Maintain knowledge of project design, construction sequencing, RFIs, submittals, and changes with the teams.
• Own customer-initiated change requests end to end: intake, scoping, cost and schedule impact, approval, and closeout.
• Communicate downstream effects of changes on cost, schedule, design, and procurement.
• Ensure change orders follow established processes; escalate deviations as needed.
• Translate customer requirements into clear directions for internal and contractor teams.
• Provide regular updates on design, procurement, construction, and risks to the customer and commercialization team.
• Lead recurring customer project meetings and maintain action logs and records.
