Infinite Electronics is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to drive the successful execution of complex programs across the data center business. You will coordinate between customers, engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to keep programs on schedule and within scope.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle from opportunity development and new product introduction through ramp and deployment, balancing technical requirements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development initiatives.
• Experience working within data center, telecommunications, networking, electronics manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of product development, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer delivery processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic customer programs and initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers to establish realistic execution plans.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact quality, cost, or delivery performance.
• Facilitate customer communications and provide regular program status updates.
• Support new product introduction activities and production ramp planning.
• Coordinate product qualification, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Develop executive-level reporting and program performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.
