Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex customer programs across the data center landscape. You will serve as the main bridge among customers, engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to ensure programs stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development initiatives.
• Experience in data center, telecommunications, networking, electronics manufacturing, or tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.

Our Client is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager. This role is responsible for driving successful execution of complex customer programs across the data center business. This role serves as the central coordinator between customers, engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.The Customer Program Manager maintains visibility across the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity development and new product introduction through production ramp and commercial deployment, while balancing technical requirements, operational constraints, and customer commitments.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic customer programs and initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers to establish realistic execution plans.

Skills and Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development initiatives.
• Experience working within data center, telecommunications, networking, electronics manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of product development, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or colocation customers.
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development and NPI processes.
• Experience managing global cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
