You will own executive updates, dashboards, and QBRs to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes while aligning priorities with long‑term business objectives and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in the high‑tech industry.
• 4+ years leading or managing a team in a cross‑functional, multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional execution across R&D, PM, and Operations to deliver complex programs.
• Act as a trusted partner to internal customers, translating needs into deployment plans.
• Own program communication with executive dashboards and QBRs to report health and risks.
• Enable strategic alignment and road mapping to support long‑term business objectives.
• Optimize capacity and resource planning to forecast demand for deployments.
• Lead issue management and ensure timely resolution across teams.
