Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multidisciplinary programs for system level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions, along with sustaining activities. You will collaborate with OEM/ODMs and cross-functional teams to deliver hardware/software integration, certification, and production readiness.

Expect strong planning, technical skills, and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in High-Tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management.
• Experience supporting OEMs/ODMs Enterprise Workstation System Partners.
• Proven deep customer savvy and leadership across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Align customer requirements with NVIDIA Enterprise Workstation Platform tasks across functional areas.
• Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
• Communicate issue status clearly to customer and NVIDIA Executives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve issues and maintain scope.
• Coordinate and lead complex hardware–software engineering discussions.
• Represent urgency of issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide executive-level program status and key issues to management.
• Develop strong relationships with customer development teams to find optimal solutions.
• Understand assembling workstation components (GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, storage).
