Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Program Management for datacenter deployment to lead governance, standardize methodologies, and supervise the full execution of client and datacenter rollout initiatives. This role builds and leads a high-performing PMO and drives delivery excellence across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer program management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business or equivalent; MBA/technical master desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership.
• Experience building/leading a PMO or governance function in a high-tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in matrix leadership across geographies and partner organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing distributed PMO team.
• Develop, implement, and govern PMO processes, tools, templates, metrics.
• Lead all aspects of the project portfolio and align with strategy.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Optimize resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams including contractors and vendors.
• Interface with executives, customers, and partners for issue resolution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and QA processes.
• Drive organizational change initiatives for PMO tooling and data adoption.
