Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for the EMEA region. The role leads customer service, order management, logistics coordination, and finance support across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving a cohesive regional model.

The successful candidate will champion a customer-centric culture, implement continuous improvements, and ensure alignment with global standards while navigating regulatory and language differences across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
10+ years in customer operations, service, or order management.
Experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Operations across the EMEA region to ensure consistent service, order management, and fulfillment.
Develop and mentor regional customer service and order management teams across multiple markets.
Drive governance, performance cadence, and continuous improvement within the regional operations.
Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to manage credit, collections, and commercial terms across EMEA.
Implement digital tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs and improve customer experience.
