Job summary

Deepwatch is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own the post-sale customer journey, drive engagement, reduce churn, and advocate for the brand. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling customer narratives and programs that showcase value.

You will lead initiatives to boost adoption, manage customer case studies, and design events with Corporate Marketing, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience and advocacy ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–7+ years in customer or product marketing of enterprise software.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and manage the customer journey to drive adoption and value realization.
• Maintain and grow the Guardian Advocacy Program.
• Develop programs to boost engagement across Gartner Peer Reviews, G2, Trust Radius, etc.
• Support onboarding and create a customer tool kit.
• Write monthly customer newsletter and secure references/testimonials.
