Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end analytics, translate complex data into strategic actions, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Loyalty, and Marketing to drive revenue and strengthen loyalty across the organization.

The role requires autonomy, strong analytics expertise, and the ability to present findings to executive leadership. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Decision Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with regression, clustering, predictive modeling, and time-series forecasting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex survey design and reporting to gain critical insights into evolving customer behaviors and preferences.
• Coordinate A/B tests to measure loyalty and revenue impact of ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Analyze advanced customer intelligence metrics and generate robust models that shape revenue and inform route decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models in Excel, Tableau, Python, or R to support deep-dive analytics, modeling, and reporting initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts in best analytical practices and data integrity.
