Job summary

Allegiant in Las Vegas seeks a Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst to own end-to-end analytics and model customer behavior for strategic decisions. You will work with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Loyalty, and Marketing to translate insights into actionable initiatives that drive revenue and loyalty.

The role requires autonomy, deep data analytics knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with regression, clustering, predictive modeling, and time-series forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences.
• Ownership of cross-department initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
• Readiness to master loyalty platforms, CDP, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex survey design and reporting to gain insights into customer behavior.
• Coordinate A/B tests to measure loyalty and revenue impact.
• Analyze advanced customer metrics and develop models that guide strategy.
• Develop SQL queries and data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Marketing, and Executives to tie findings to objectives.
• Present findings to leadership and mentor junior analysts.
