Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior lead data analyst to drive complex analyses, translate large data sources into actionable insights, and guide analytics workstreams from concept through delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred (Supply Chain/Data Analytics or MBA).
• 6+ years in applied project experience including digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud environments.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor on data analytics teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity; act as steward of data assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
