Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Customer Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Insights & Analytics team in Boston. You will partner with CX stakeholders and data scientists to design measurement systems, lead complex analyses, and help build the connected customer-intelligence layer behind health scoring and experience-impact work.

You should thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building new analytics infrastructure, and be adept at communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of end-to-end analytical problem ownership.
• Strong SQL and Python daily-use skills.
• Experience scoping ambiguous problems and delivering solutions.
• Ability to discuss findings with non-technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Tableau and Snowflake/Streamlit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build measurement frameworks and benchmarks for CX initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end investigations from scoping to decision-ready results.
• Create dashboards and reporting for journey health and CX metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists on health-score and forecasting work.
• Build reusable data products to scale insight delivery.
