Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Customer Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Insights & Analytics team. You will design measurement systems, lead investigations, and help build the analytics layer behind health scoring, personas, and experience‑impact work.

The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong SQL/Python skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience with Tableau and Snowflake/Streamlit is a plus. This position offers a path to scale analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience owning analytical problems end‑to‑end.
• Strong, daily‑use SQL and Python skills.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive to a clear answer.
• Credible statistics/ML literacy to partner with a data scientist.
• Clear communication of findings to non‑technical and senior stakeholders.
• Tableau, Snowflake/Streamlit, customer analytics experience, and prior measurement framework work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Goals Measurement Frameworks & Benchmarks across CX initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end investigations from framing to decision‑ready answers.
• Stand up dashboards and reporting (journey health, CX theme‑impact, NPS baselines).
• Partner with data scientists on health‑score and forecasting work.
• Build reusable data products to scale insight delivery.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to document builds and handoffs.
