Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Customer Intelligence Analyst to join its Customer Insights & Analytics team. You will partner with CX stakeholders and data scientists to design measurement systems, lead investigations, and build an analytics layer behind health scoring, personas, and experience-impact work.

You will help scale analytics infrastructure, stand up dashboards, and document handoffs for operational reporting teams. The role emphasizes curiosity and building scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience owning analytical problems end-to-end.
• Strong, daily-use SQL and Python skills.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear answer with minimal guidance.
• Applied statistics/ML literacy to partner with data scientists without owning full model lifecycle.
• Clear communication of findings to non-technical and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build measurement frameworks and benchmarks for CX initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end investigations and deliver decision-ready answers.
• Stand up dashboards and reporting (journey health, CX themes, NPS baselines) with documentation for handoffs.
• Collaborate with data scientists on health-score and forecasting work.
• Build reusable data products to scale insight delivery.
