Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Customer Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Insights & Analytics team in the US. You will design measurement systems, lead analytics investigations, and help build the connected analytics layer supporting health scoring, personas, and experience-impact work.

The role requires strong SQL and Python, the ability to scope ambiguous problems, and collaboration with data scientists and CX leadership to scale insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience owning analytical problems end-to-end.
• Strong SQL and Python skills used daily.
• Experience scoping ambiguous problems and delivering clear answers with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Goals Measurement Frameworks & Benchmarks for initiatives and pilots across the CX org.
• Lead end-to-end investigations from framing the business question to delivering a decision-ready answer.
• Stand up dashboards and reporting and corresponding documentation for handoffs to operational teams.
• Partner with data scientists on health-score and forecasting work.
• Build reusable data products (Snowflake-backed tools, automated pulls).
• Collaborate with CX leadership, data science, and reporting teams to keep builds documented and handoff-ready.
