Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Customer Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Insights & Analytics team. You will design measurement systems, lead investigations, and help build the analytics layer behind Klaviyo's health scoring and experiences.

You will partner with CX stakeholders and data scientists to scale insight delivery. The role emphasizes building rather than just maintaining analytics infrastructure, and requires curiosity, ambiguity tolerance, and strong communication with senior

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience owning analytical problems end-to-end, from framing to operationalizing.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience scoping ambiguous problems and delivering clear answers with minimal guidance.

• Design and build measurement frameworks and benchmarks for CX initiatives.
