Xcel Energy is seeking a senior marketing research professional to lead strategic studies in consumer insights, brand, product evaluation, and customer experience. You will partner with internal stakeholders, design and oversee primary and syndicated research, and guide vendors to deliver actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years experience in marketing research including both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Experience in brand and product advertising evaluations, DSM program evaluations, customer loyalty, Voice of the Customer/Customer Experience.
• Syndicated research.
• 3+ years experience in the utilities/energy industry.
• Approximately 10% travel required.
• MBA preferred.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and questions.
• Identify and propose marketing research initiatives to inform business decisions.
• Plan, implement, and execute marketing research programs from concept to deliverables.
• Manage external vendors and internal teams to communicate insights and implications.
