Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field AND 5+ years of experience in consumer research including attitude & usage testing, concept testing, satisfaction studies (internal & external), creative A/B testing and consumer behavioral and mindset trends
• Experience using online survey tools such as Survey Monkey
• Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Self-starter with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and presenting strategic, action-oriented recommendations to large groups including leadership
• Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Proficient in statistical software to analyze data is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with various teams across Walmart Connect to develop both internal and external (consumer facing) surveys
• Collaborating with various teams to develop research plans and survey methodology
• Designing questionnaires and programming surveys
• Day to day project management, with internal teams and with third party vendors
• Report writing and analysis, including actionable next steps and recommendations
• Presenting survey findings and recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluation of surveys, the methods underlying them, and their performance to improve future surveys
