Job summary

Walmart Data Ventures in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a team of product analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising, guiding analytics across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Business, shape strategy with data-driven insights, build scalable measurement frameworks, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, and Business driving data-informed product strategy and decision-making.
• Proactively identify product opportunities through customer insights, hypothesis-driven analysis, and product performance deep dives.
• Define product KPIs, measurement strategies, and event instrumentation requirements to ensure data.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and apply statistical methods to measure product impact.
• Build scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Leverage clickstream and behavioral data to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive product innovation, business outcomes, and success.
