Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong oral communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, confirmation, and fulfillment for assigned accounts.
• Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers.
