Noma Security is seeking a Senior Customer Operationalization Engineer to help customers deploy, integrate, and operate Noma successfully within their production environments. You’ll be the hands-on technical resource for complex post-sales engagements, translating customer use cases into reliable configurations, integrations, automation, and workflows.

You’ll work alongside the Customer Solutions Architect to lead the technical execution required to achieve scalable outcomes across AI,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans.
• Provide deployment and optimization guidance via architecture, configuration, APIs, scripts, automation, and best practices.
• Lead technical deep dives, diagnose complex issues, develop mitigations, and coordinate escalations.
• Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support to channel customer insights back into the platform.
