Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategies, own the relationship from solutioning to onboarding and adoption. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin tasks and focus on architecture and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical pre-sales role.
• Experience building tools with AI and automation.
• Foundational understanding of Web Technologies, Internet Security, Networking.
• Commercial mindset in revenue-aligned environment.
• Technical curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales team to build bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs.
• Trusted Advisory: Maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Use AI-Augmented engineering to automate routine tasks and reclaim time for strategic advisory.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a regional quota and drive platform adoption, revenue retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
