Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years hardware applications engineering or related experience
• Master's degree with 7+ years hardware applications engineering or related experience
• PhD with 6+ years hardware applications engineering or related experience
• Strong understanding of server hardware bring-up and customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware support for strategic customers adopting server SoCs
• Act as primary technical interface for customer hardware teams during design, bring-up, validation, deployment
• Review customer schematics, PCB layouts, thermal designs, power delivery, signal integrity plans
• Support SoC interface validation across DDR, PCIe Gen6/Gen7, CXL, Ethernet
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and feedback
• Identify gaps in designs and propose practical mitigations
• Familiarize with reference platforms and platform guides for customer development
• Deliver technical documentation, training, and onboarding materials
• Drive process improvements to scale across engagements
• Shape the future of the server CE team as it grows
